This is a continuation of the Mark of the Beast:

*************************************************************

The book of Revelation states that the Beast has been here since mankind was created:

Revelation 13:8  And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him (meaning, the beast), whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.  (Italics added by this author.)

If this is so, we should be able to find this Beast elsewhere in the Bible.

Well, God used the word “foundation,” so let’s go to the foundation of the world.

Also, let’s see who was slain there.  Then, let’s see if there is a “mark” to be found.

Everyone knows the first sin of mankind:  Adam and Eve eating the fruit of God’s “tree of knowledge of good and evil.”  (It never was an apple!)  For some reason, all teachings regarding the foundations of sin cease with that story.  But learn what God teaches us:

(And remember that this is not some old story passed down, through the generations, using word-of-mouth:  this is a story that God, Himself, told Moses in the desert.)

Genesis 4:3  And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD.

Genesis 4:4  And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof.  And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering:

Genesis 4:5  But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect.  And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.

Genesis 4:6  And the LORD said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth?  and why is thy countenance fallen?

Genesis 4:7  If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted?  and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door.  And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.

Please note that this is the first appearance of the word “sin” in the Bible!  And it was spoken by God, Himself.  Maybe, just maybe . . . we should pay attention!  Bible scholars, you can verify this fact here.”  (Link opens in a new window.)

Genesis 4:8  And Cain talked with Abel his brother:  and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.

Oh, mankind’s second sin was not murder.  Something happened before that.  The “perception” of wealth happened!  Some could argue that it was the creation of wealth: but they would be wrong.  There is nothing wrong with wealth, but the things wealth can make us do:  that is another story.  That is this story:  our placing mammon (mankind’s silly and “earthly contrived” vanities) ahead of God, in our lives.  Remember the name of the tree:  the “tree of knowledge of good and evil.”  Cain made his offering to God.  Abel made his offering to God.  The fact that one was a crop and one was an animal is not important:  everything already belongs to God, so the commodity is of no importance.

Mankind had been expelled from the Garden of Eden and was forced to work for their food.  Cain offered a portion of his labor to God and Abel offered a portion of his labor.  God was disappointed in Cain’s offering.  Why?  The type of offering was of no importance to God because He created the entire world.  Obviously, Cain “held back.”  Cain might have offered a withered, or diseased, portion of his crop; or he might have held back the quantity.  In either case, God was not fooled and God understood the motives of Cain.  Side note:  see how God counseled Cain in verse 7; and see how Cain reacted in verse 8.  There is nothing wrong with wealth.  Read between the lines, in God’s Words, and you will see this.  Both were “wealthy” because they only had to feed a very few people, but see how Cain reacted in this great lesson.  The Qur’an, if you care to read it, teaches this very lesson over, and over, again.

The motives of Cain are easy to understand, given the ways of mankind.  When people toil and strive toward gain (food, in this case), people tend to believe it belongs to them (and nobody else).  So Cain, at the foundation of the world, placed more value in his earthly possessions (or call it mammon, perceived wealth, or that which he truly pursued in this world) than he did in God.  Cain had no idea that the crop already belonged entirely to God, but in his sin, Cain revealed his heart to God.  Cain held back in giving the proper thanks to God.  And we find Cain being the first person marked by God:  at the foundation of the world:

Genesis 4:15  And the Lord said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold.  And the Lord set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.

This . . . was probably the first sin committed after mankind was sent out of the Garden of Eden:  the perception of wealth at the foundation of our world.  And it shows that since the foundation of the world, mankind has pursued its own vanities (or perceptions), setting God aside.  (NOTE:  The way God worded this story, to Moses in the Torah, God made absolutely sure that mankind could see that Cain “set God aside” in his decision to kill Abel.)  As stated, the offering was not important to God:  God had no use for the crop or the animal.  Wealth is not important to God:  God does not need our earthly wealth!  But when wealth causes us to set God aside (and especially to set aside the life God has taught us to live), then we have earned God’s punishment.

Again, there is nothing wrong with wealth!  Remember this fact or you will miss the entire Truth of God here in this letter.  Abraham was so wealthy that the land could not contain his possessions.  Again, from the same Book of Genesis:

Genesis 13:1  And Abram went up out of Egypt, he, and his wife, and all that he had, and Lot with him, into the south.

Genesis 13:2  And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold.

Genesis 13:3  And he went on his journeys from the south even to Bethel, unto the place where his tent had been at the beginning, between Bethel and Hai;

Genesis 13:4  Unto the place of the altar, which he had make there at the first:  and there Abram called on the name of the LORD.

Genesis 13:5  And Lot also, which went with Abram, had flocks, and herds, and tents.

Genesis 13:6  And the land was not able to bear them, that they might dwell together:  for their substance was great, so that they could not dwell together.

But Abraham never departed from the Ways of God!  The Torah (Genesis) teaches this:  the New Testament and the Qur’an also teach this.

(God speaking):

Genesis 18:19  For I know him, that he (meaning Abraham) will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.

(James, the brother of Jesus, writing):

James 2:23  And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness:  and he was called the Friend of God.

The Word of God, everywhere in this world, is perfect.  But mankind has departed from the Word of God and has chosen to pursue its own vanities, here in this world.  The Beast truly has existed since the foundation of the world and mankind needs to remember (or re-learn) this.

Revelation 13:8  And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

So many religious leaders bend, twist, and contort this verse so that it will match their particular “church doctrine.”  Every person must use common sense here because there was no lamb slain at the foundation of this world!  But there definitely is a Book of Life, described in Revelation, and only the Lamb has the ability to unseal it!  This verse is quite simple.  It merely teaches this world that:

“All who dwell upon the earth shall worship the beast:  meaning those whose names are not written in the Book of Life (which belongs to the Lamb, or Christ).”  This description of God’s Book of Life includes all good people who have been slain from the beginning of this world.

Once again, there was NO LAMB THAT WAS SLAIN AT THE FOUNDATION OF OUR WORLD!  Every Christian can understand this Truth of God.  As you read the verse above, please understand that God’s Book of Life (that only the Lamb can unseal) is not a recent event.  It was started with Adam and Eve!  Every person, who ever drew a breath, had their name written in God’s Book of Life:  IF they did not worship this beast.

Revelation 13:9  If any man have an ear, let him hear.  (Meaning that God is about to show us the solution)

Revelation 13:10  He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity:  he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword.  Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

Simply stated, whatever we pursue, in this world, will later control us (and probably destroy us).  So, what is the patience and the faith of the saints?  It is to let go of everything in this world and only follow God.  How does one do this?  By following the laws of God and the Ways of God.  Patience assumes (and indicates) the passing of time.  And ALL saints do come to learn that there is far, far more enjoyment (and pure enjoyment!) in God than one can ever find in the “things of this little world.”

It happened to Cain:  will it happen to you?  Should we, mankind, keep our worldly “pursuits and desires” second to the ways God has taught us to live? God says we should.

In fact . . . this is the only solution God offers to the vanities we are forced to live with.

If you care to learn more, the Qur’an teaches this solution of God, in depth.  If you do not like Arabs, then forget the Arabs!  They won’t mind because God’s Qur’an teaches this very lesson, using mankind’s entire history as examples.  God’s Qur’an names these people.  And God’s Qur’an gives all of the details of these people and their mistakes.  This, above all, is what every Arab wishes this world could learn from their Scripture:  Jews are not perfect, Christians are not perfect, and Muslims are not perfect.  But every Muslim will tell you that God’s Qur’an is perfect and it contains lessons for this entire world.  (Did you notice the words placed in bold above?  This is because the Qur’an belongs to God:  it has never belonged to the Arabs and Persians.  God placed it in this world!  Anyone on this Earth has the right to access, and claim ownership, of these Words of God, if they so choose.)

You see . . . the Qur’an is God’s continuing Scripture in our world.  God just happened to give this Scripture to the Arabs.  And this author can prove all of this by way of the Old Testament and New Testament!  (But only to those who have read the Qur’an).

Is the Qur’an necessary to defeat the Beast?  No, not if you learn, and live, the patience and the faith of the saints.  Will the Qur’an help with the patience and the faith of the saints?  Absolutely!

As a “funny aside,” there is an old joke among Christians in America.  Sadly, it is a “blonde” joke, but it shall still be told here:  because there truly is a great lesson of God in this story.  In this joke, there is a Blonde woman who is late for a job interview.  She is late because there is no parking available at that location.  After driving the parking lot for a long time, she says a prayer to God:  “Oh God, if you will just give me a parking spot so I can get this job, then I will go to church every week, I will pray to you ever day, and I will be a better person!”  Well, about 20 seconds later, she sees one spot about to come open just down the lane.  So she says to God, “Never mind God . . . I got this!”

Well, believe it or not, this joke comes straight from the Qur’an!  Maybe not word-for-word, but in His Qur’an, God teaches this very lesson over, and over, and over again!  Indeed, He teaches this very “lesson of mankind’s history, in His Qur’an, perhaps one-hundred times!  Different peoples, different nations, and different times:  but the story remains the same throughout our history with God!  (Minus the “blonde” and minus the “car,” of course.)

LEARN THE PATIENCE AND THE FAITH OF THE SAINTS:  and how they “do not allow” their earthly pursuits to cause them to stop placing God first, in their lives.  Or . . . read The Qur’an, just once, and learn how God has been teaching this to mankind since the beginning of time!  Oh yes!  The Qur’an even teaches how God taught this very lesson to Moses, and in the times prior to Moses!

Will the Qur’an make you a Muslim?  Not hardly, but it might just make you a better Christian (or Jew).  It will absolutely make you a better person!  It did:  this Christian author!

Christians!  Do make your own decisions regarding God’s “other” Scriptures in this world:  because this is your right.  But do learn (from your own Scripture!) things you have never understood.  Long before any Christian, Jew, or Muslim ever existed, God placed His mark upon Cain.  He did so in His Bible and He did so starting with those “slain from the foundation of this world!”

Muslims!  You know about God’s mark because it is found all through your Scripture.  (Indeed, yours is the only Scripture that teaches mankind how to identify others who possess this mark.)  But the foundation of this mark is found only in God’s Bible.  Yes, that Scripture which Muhammad told you to learn!  And yes, that Scripture which you still refuse to learn:  because you do not yet understand the patience and faith of the saints.

Jews!  If you have not learned your lesson here, yet, then you are not even trying!

Because God, Himself, placed this mark upon Cain, at the foundation of this world, and He did so in His Torah which was given to you!  (Genesis 4:15)

My friend, consider a great truth now.

If, if, if . . . Satan controls who receives the mark of the beast (meaning Satan created the mark and Satan decides who goes to Heaven), then today’s religious folks have a marginal chance of being right (in telling you to look for something “new” regarding this mark).  This marginal chance includes some chip, some credit card, some stamp, or some other thing that is “new.”

But . . . if only God controls who receives the mark (and who goes to Heaven), and only God created the mark:  then religious folks are not even close to any Truth which describes the mark of the beast.

The BEST thing that any person can do for their self, here today, is to study Scripture (on your own) and make your own decision regarding the Truth of the mark of the beast.  You will find this truth in the Old Testament, the New Testament, the Qur’an, and in the Book of Enoch.

So . . . who is it that actually “places” the mark of the beast upon a person?  God or Satan?

One more question here:  do you honestly believe that GOD would ever “honor, observe, or obey” a mark which Satan ever placed on a person, in this world?  Think about that!

God’s Truth has been placed everywhere upon this earth . . . you only need the desire to find it.
